PPS win their first football matches of the season

Pencoed A's and B's beat Brynmenyn Primary School in their opening football fixtures of the season on Friday 26th September.

 

Pencoed A's beat a good Brynmenyn side 7-3 in the Bridgend Schools Football Association Cup match.  There were stand out performances from Sam Rowlands in goal and Llyw Gibbons in both attack and defence.  It was an excellent team performance after going a goal down.

 

The B's played brilliantly to win 3-0.  The team was full of year 5's who look like they will also have a good season.  Ewan Williams and Ollie Millan put in great performances to help the team.
