Pencoed Primary School Working together for each and every child

Thanks from the Community

We have had the following thank you letter from Simon Bugler, manager of NatWest Bank Pencoed, who attended our Community Coffee Afternoon in December.

“The invitation delivered by Julie Jenkins and two pupils said, “Please come along to our Community Christmas Coffee Afternoon where you can enjoy some of our preparations for Christmas”.

So it was with excited anticipation that I went along not quite knowing what to expect. The next hour was a most enjoyable and impressive affair as Pencoed Primary School welcomed the close community of Pencoed and the young pupils showed just what future talent the town has to offer. From Christmas carols to the School Council talking about their important job giving the pupils a voice and pupils reciting poems about their favourite teacher which brought a tear to the eye-it was a fantastic insight to the great talent and the way the pupils are truly involved in all aspeacts of the school. Roll on December 2015!
